So, as I'm thinking i'm on day 12, and im still at my plataeu i'm wondering how long I am going to continue on this diet. I'm pretty frustrated with it and think I'll likely fall off my path.
On almost any "crash" diet I've been on, I have had the same results. I'd lose weight in the beginnig and then I think once my body gets used to it, I just stop. It's like my body says " I know what youre doing, and it's not working anymore lol!" I think it is a good idea to incorporate exercise. Are you trying to hit a goal? If so, what's your goal and deadline? If quickness is what youre looking for, then you should research "Atkins" Ive lost a crazy amount of weight... in the beginning but as soon as i got off of it, I gained it all back :-/
I've been on plenty of crash diets as well, with the same results. I don't have a weight goal in mind, but will be at the beach in about 2 months and have an idea on how I want to look. I have done the no carb thing a few times now, and well, I do extremely well and then when I stop I gain the weight too!
