So here comes Day 7 to an end! My current weight is 134.5 pounds, so almost 6 pounds lost in 7 days with NO exercising! I've learned to control my hunger on my fasting days. I mean, I'm still hungry, but not to the point where I can't stand it or feel sick to my stomach. I mean Gandhi did it for 3 weeks, I can atleast do it one day!

ReplyDeleteSlow start-up, but I'm sure this can lead to some great results! That being said, are you going to consider keeping it up? Also on the days you can have a few meats, are you cutting out beef and sticking to Chicken and Fish? Or would any type be considered fair game in small amounts?
Thank you, Travis! I don't know how long I'll keep it up, my goal is for at least another week. I'm getting adapted to this new way of eating. And, even if I don't keep it up, my eating habits will definetly change. I usually don't eat much beef anyway, and I don't eat fish at all; but I don't limit my to just healthy things. I just eat enough to have a little something, just no carbs.
